ADJUSTING THE RETURN SPEED (AIR PRESSURE)
*ONOFF dropper posts ø31.6mm in AFTERMARKET version
ONOFF PIJA dropper posts are all preset with the suitable air pressure for optimal
return speed. However, air pressure check is required and adjustment should be
made from time to time. Please note that you will need a high pressure pump to
perform the following operations.
WARNING
Recommended operating pressure is 280-300psi. DO NOT exceed
300psi.
ADJUSTING MAXIMUM TRAVEL
*ONOFF dropper posts ø31.6mm in AFTERMARKET version only.
The new ONOFF TIJA dropper post allows for 30mm of maximum height and
travel adjustment, in 5mm steps. This enables the user to adjust the saddle with
high precision and to make the most of the seatpost travel, making it possible to
choose a longer travel model compatible with your frame. You must follow the
following steps:

Lower the post

Remove the bushing. Turn it as many
times as you want to limit the travel.

Disassemble all of
the head clamps.

Use a compatible shock
pump and adjust to your
desired pressure.

Insert it again, fitting it into the corre-
sponding slots. Once inserted into the
bushing, tighten the clamp again with your
hand until it is completely fixed.

Loosen the mid
clamp with your hand
and move it 60mm
upwards.
