INTRODUCTION
In your hands is the new ONOFF PIJA Dropper Post, a high quality and precision
component. This new design features technologies that will enable you to ad-
just your saddle height in a fast and precise way:
• Internal routing (ICR)
• Infinite adjustment
• Replaceable sealed cartridge. Adjustable extension speed through air load*
• RAD system for travel and total length adjustmen, tools free*
• New DU bushings
• Oversized stanchion
• Remote lever with bearing

INSTALLATION
• Ensure the dropper outer diameter conforms to the inner diameter of your
frame seat tube.
• Please plan the cable routing on the bike first and check the length of the
cable, and the housing that you need.
• You need a suitable frame with an 8mm hole to allow the inner cable to run
through.
• Install your saddle on the clamp head with a 5mm hex wrench and tighten it
with a maximum torque of 8-10Nm.
• Insert the post into the frame and make sure that the post minimum length
has been inserted. Tighten the clamp according to the manufacturer rec-
ommended torque (maximum 7Nm).
