Assemble, Install Electrode - cont'd.
3. Fasten electrode in place with original screw. (You will reconnect
electrode wire later, after replacing power board cover.)
4. Insert burner with attached burner tube into front, larger opening of
burner box. Burner goes through both slots in burner box (Fig.15).
5. Fasten burner in place using original screw. Reinstall any
washer(s) that may originally been between the burner and the
burner box.
6. Confirm gap between burner and electrode is between 1/8 and
3/16 of an inch. Adjust as required.
Danger!!!
Fire and explosion hazard. Always use two
!
wrenches to adjust the gas fi ttings-do not overtighten! Failure
to comply could damage fi ttings which could cause dangerous
propane leak leading to death or destruction of property.
7. At gas valve, use wrenches to connect burner tube coming from
burner (Fig.14).
8. Connect (2) white wires (Fig.14,F) coming from bottom center of
power board to top of gas valve. Polarity does not matter.
9. Work electrode wire and grommet into slot of burner cover and
fasten burner cover in place (Fig.13).

1. Place fans into position and place original screws (6x) (Fig.12) in
fan brackets below fans. The lettering on fans faces top of refrig-
erator.
2. Fasten fan thermostat switch back into place on first fin of left side
of condenser coil (Fig.11).
3. If disconnected for any reason, reconnect fan-thermostat-switch
wires to thermostat switch. Polarity does not matter.
Note:
On ice maker models if necessary, replace the cable
tie holding the wiring to the icemaker waterline. A new cable
tie and cable tie mount are supplied in the kit.
4. Replace any cable ties that were removed.

(TMC) / Igniter Wires
1. Connect heater wires (Fig.10,D) at the power board.
AC_HT_LO (Black) - Heater 1
AC_HT_LO_2 (Black) - Heater 2
AC_HT_HI (Black) - Heater 1
AC_HT_HI_2 (Black) - Heater 2
2. After connecting heater wires, put power board cover in place and
install with original screws (2x)(Fig.9).

3. After installing power board cover, carefully reconnect igniter wire
to high voltage terminal of power board (Fig.9).
4. Connect the thermocouple wire to the temperature monitor control
(TMC) (Fig.9).
5. Install drip cup with original screw. Place drain hose in cup.

Install Refrigerator

Very heavy object. Do not attempt to move

without help. Unassisted attempts will likely cause bodily injury,
property damage, or both.
1. With assistance, turn refrigerator onto one side.
2. Reinstall the top, middle, and bottom hinge brackets with their
shims. Push the hardware toward the outsides as you tighten the
original screws (28x).
3. Lift refrigerator into upright position and move into place in front of
enclosure; lift refrigerator up and into enclosure. To help move the
refrigerator, use the lifting handles attached at the middle front and
rear of each side.
Caution!
To avoid equipment malfunction replace hinge
!
bracket shims in exact location marked during removal.
Note:
Make sure that all enclosure baffl es are in the correct
position.
4. Push the refrigerator fully back into the enclosure.

Install Evaporator

Replace screws as follows:
1. In rear of freezer compartment, using the original fl at washers,
replace original evaporator-plate screws (8x) with new screws
supplied in the kit (Fig.7); refer to Torque Table (Fig.20).
Note:
Place sharp edges of washers away from wall of
freezer to avoid scratches.
2. In fresh food compartment, replace original screws (8x) that hold
fins to lower evaporator (Fig.7); refer to Torque Table (Fig.20).
3. Reattach the clip and thermistor to the third fin from the right.
