SCUBAPRO WHITE TIP KNIFE - WARRANTy
SCUBAPRO knives carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing or material
defects and is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. In some countries,
warranty may only be extended to the original owner. All warranty claims must be
returned with dated proof-of-purchase to an Authorized SCUBAPRO UWATEC

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Loss.
- Defects, damage or deterioration due to normal use or wear and tear.
- Damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, prolonged sunlight
or corrosive chemicals.
- Damage due to poor maintenance, improper use, alteration, negligence
or accident.
- Damage due to repair by someone other than SCUBAPRO UWATEC
or an Authorized SCUBAPRO UWATEC Dealer.
For European Union markets, the warranty of this product is governed by European
legislation in force in each EU member state. SCUBAPRO will replace or repair
items at its discretion.
SCUBAPRO shall not be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages.
Remedies set forth herein are exclusive and the liability of SCUBAPRO, whether
in contract, in tort, under any warranty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the price
of the product. SCUBAPRO makes no other warranties, expressed or implied,
with respect to this product.
