Preparation Before Installation
- Wash roof top and visor using hot soapy water. Rinse and dry with clean towel.
Installation Steps
Note: Lund International, Inc. recommends that the visor be professionally painted before final assembly. Do
not attach screens to visor until after final paint application.
Peel backing off screens and attach to the visor as shown.

Attach the rubber pads to the visor using the #8 X 3/4 Self Tapping

Note: To avoid marring the finish of your vehicle, place masking tape on the roof panel at the rubber pad
locations.
Position the center pad according to the dimension given in the chart. Mark a dot through the visor's through holes.
Center punch the screw locations and drill a 1/8" pilot hole through the sheet metal only. Remove the tape and clean
the surface with the alcohol pad provided to remove any adhesive.
CAUTION: - Drill bit may break. Always use safety glasses with power tools.
- Use caution to avoid drilling through headliner.

Place a small amount of silicone in each hole in roof. Fasten the visor to roof using the #14 tapped screws
provided, SEE NOTE. DO NOT OVERTIGHTED SCREWS. Install hole plugs as noted. Place car wash sticker
inside window, driver's side, so it may be seen by vehicle operator.
