Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Bestimmungsgemäß dient das Proportional-Wegeventil VPWP zur Ansteuerung
und Anschaltung pneumatischer Antriebe mit Wegmesssystem an einen Achscon-
troller oder Endlagenregler von Festo (z. B. CPX-CMAX oder CPX-CMPX). Beispiel-
applikation
Fig. 1.
Das Gerät ist für den Einsatz im Industriebereich vorgesehen. Im Wohnbereich
müssen evtl. Maßnahmen zur Funkentstörung getroffen werden.

Montage
Bei Montage auf bewegten Teilen:
• Montieren Sie das VPWP quer zur Bewegungsrichtung. Damit haben Beschleu-
nigungskräfte keinen Einfluss auf die Ventilschieber-Stellung.
3.1 Montage VPWP-4/-6/-8
Lage der Befestigungsbohrungen:
VPWP-4/-6
• Befestigen Sie das VPWP möglichst antriebsnah nach einer der folgenden
Alternativen (
Fig. 3 bis Fig. 5):
– auf einer ebenen Fläche mit zwei
Schrauben M3 und jeweils einer
Sicherungsscheibe.
Das Anziehdrehmoment beträgt
1,5 Nm ± 10%.
