The tightening torque is
3 Nm ± 10 %.

mounting :
VPWP-4/-6: CPASC1-BG-NRH,
VPWP-8: CPV10/14-VI-BG-NRH-35
(no H-rail mounting is provided for
VPWP-10).
3.2 Fitting the VPWP-10
Position of mounting holes for
VPWP-10
• Fasten the VPWP on a flat surface as
close to the drive as possible with
two M6 bolts.
The tightening torque is 9 Nm ± 10 %
( Fig. 6).
4 Installation
Note
• Please observe the system description for the axis controller CPX-CMAX or
end-position controller CPX-CMPX
• Connect the pneumatic tubing 8 ... aB (
Connect ports with colour identification on the drive (e.g. DGCI) to the corres-
ponding ones on the valve (only applicable for VPWP-4/-6/-8). For variants with
flat plate silencers or ducted exhaust air, ports aB are sealed.

Note
Interference caused by electromagnetic influences can distort the measured
results and simulate incorrect positions.
• Observe the following installation instructions in order to avoid interference
caused by electromagnetic influences.
• Only use permitted connecting cables (
• Do not place the connecting cables near or parallel to cables with high levels of
interference.
• Fasten the plugs/sockets with the aid of union nuts.
• Connect earth connection aC with low impedance to the earth potential. When
doing this use the supplied self-tapping screw.
