Loading a Drum Sander
1. Keeping two fingers beneath the mandrel slide the
sanding band down until the entire blue mandrel is
covered. Tighten using the 2 in 1 wrench (9).
2. Loosen the bolt located at the top of the drum using
the 2 in 1 wrench (9).
3. The rubber will be loosened.
4. Slide the sanding band down until the entire blue
mandrel is covered.
5. Tighten the bolt in order to secure it.

Tighten the mandrel using the 2 in 1 wrench (9).
2. To return to "locked" position, tighten the felt wheel.

1. Keeping two fingers beneath the mandrel slide the
sanding band down until the entire mandrel is
covered. Tighten the mandrel using the 2 in 1 wrench
(9).
2. To return to "locked" position, tighten the felt
wheel.
Loading the Flex Shaft
Over bending the shaft can generate excessive heat on
the jacket or hand piece and may cause the flexible shaft
to disengage from tool. The minimum recommended
bend radius is 150mm (6"). Store the flex in a
transportation case when it is not used.
1. Unscrew and remove the collet nut (3) and unscrew
the nose cap (2) from the tool.
2. Insert the flex in the collar
3. Attach by screwing the collar and the flex shaft to the
rotary tool (6).
4. Make sure the square end of the center core engages
the square hole socket in the driver cap and tighten it.
Warning! Do not tighten using a plier or a key. It could
damage the thread.
