I
When the toaster stops, the selected function is cancelled and the display
returns to the previously selected toast mode setting.

When the toaster is not used for 10 minutes, the display switches off and
the toaster enters the sleep mode. To restart the toaster, press any
button.

TOASTING BREAD

Plug in the appliance. A default setting appears, toast mode position 4
- fig. 4.

Place the bread into the toasting slots - fig. 7.
NEVER LEAVE THE TOASTER UNATTENDED DURING USE.

Lower the control lever and toasting will start - fig. 9.
Note: The lever will only engage in the low position when the appliance
is plugged in. When a toasting cycle starts, the timer also starts.

The bread and the lever will rise automatically once the toasting cycle has
finished - fig. 10.
HI-LIFT
Use this function to easily remove small slices of bread.

Keep the lever in the raised position and remove the small slices of bread
- fig. 11.
NEVER INSERT AN OBJECT IN THE TOASTER, ESPECIALLY
WHEN IT IS CONNECTED.
STOP/EJECT AND CHILD SAFETY DEVICE

Press the "stop/eject button to stop the toaster at any time and in any
mode. The display will automatically revert back to the last toast mode
setting - fig. 12.

The bread and lever will rise automatically. Never try to force the control
lever - fig. 10.

Press the stop button for a few seconds to switch on the child safety de-
