Fasten the CASTERS (13 and 14) to the BOTTOM (W).

Use sixteen SILVER 5/8" PAN HEAD SCREWS (8) through
sixteen WASHERS (7), through the holes of each CASTER,
and into the holes in the BOTTOM (W).
NOTE: The LOCKING CASTER (13) will get fastened near

the front of the Cart. The CASTERS (14) will get fastened
near the rear of the Cart.
