INSTALLATION OF WALL-MOUNTED CONTROLLER
(FIGURE 4)
For wall mounting of the controller it is advisable to use a 503 electrical enclosure
box behind the controller to accommodate the cables and as a support for
screwing.
Choose an area where the control panel can easily be accessed to set the
functions and where it can effectively detect room temperature (1.5 m from the
floor). Therefore avoid:
> direct sunlight exposure
> direct hot or cold air currents
> placing obstacles which impair correct temperature detection (curtains
or furniture)
> constant presence of water vapour (kitchens etc.) or hot/cold air
currents from sources present in the area (e.g. ventilation outlets)
The controller is suitable for use of VIMAR plates (IDEA and IDEA RONDO').
GALLETTI supplies three types of customised plates suitable for use on this
controller:
