SAFETY MEASURES
- The SPOT LIFT must be used by appropriately trained people, authorised to use it and that have been made aware of
the contents of this manual. The latter must be read attentively before using the SPOT LIFT. It is forbidden to lift people
with this tool.
- A safety perimeter must be defined in which no one must be present during the lifting operation (2m around the
vehicle to allow escape if necessary).
- Check the load in order to avoid the bad positionning of the jack or the vehicle. To rectify, lower the the load and
reposition the jack correctly on the vehicle.
- Before any load lifting, make sure that both the fork and product are stable
- Once the vehicle is lifted, always put the safety axis in the column to maintain the charge.
- Do not put the pads in an area with a plastic coating.
- Verify that the air pressure input is between 6 and 8 bar.
- After the working session, lower the vehicle to the ground to prevent the SPOT LIFT from sustaining a full load during
extended periods.
- The vehicle's maximum weight must not exceed 2500 kilos.
- The device must not be used in a potentially explosive atmosphere or near heat sources.
- It is forbidden to use the device on a boat/ship for stability reasons.
ANOMALIES, CAUSES, SOLUTIONS
The table below indicates the anomalies that could arise when the product is in use. If the problem is not listed in the
table below, stop using the product and contact your distributor for further advice.

If the hydropneumatic pump fails, it is dangerous to replace it with an alternative product. Using
another pump can lead to serious accidents and/or product deterioration. Repairing the pump and
the jack can only be performed by qualified GYS personnel.
