Install the straps.
Attach hook to
plain strap loop.

Press buckle tab
and insert strap.
Pull down to tighten straps.
Secure loose ends.
Hook the strap to a metal
surface on the bumper, tow loop,
or frame hole using hook.
When installing the brackets OUTBOARD to the towers —
The straps must be INBoARD of the tower.

Attach strap to grab
handle or rescue bar
Attach buckle
stern of boat.
and pull tight.
Slide plastic tube
to protect vehicle at
contact point.
NOTE: Twisting
the strap will
help reduce
wind vibration.
