Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Australia and New Zealand
This international limited guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under local law,
which cannot be excluded. Our Louis Vuitton Horizon speaker comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded
under the Australian Consumer Law or under New Zealand Law.
If your Louis Vuitton goods do not comply with relevant statutory guarantees, you may be entitled to a replacement
or refund for a major failure or may be entitled to recover costs for an amount for the reduction in the good's value
and in some cases compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality
and the failure does not amount to a major failure. In Australia, please go to your nearest Louis Vuitton's store
