• the instructions for use and activation of the product are not complied with;
• the product has been dismantled by the user or by an unauthorized person;
• where the product is used with a jailbroken or rooted mobile device;
• the product has been used or connected with accessories nor provided by Louis Vuitton;
• the product has been voluntarily degraded or used out of the recommended rules for usage such as using the wrong
charging accessories;
• the product has been exposed to or suffered extra voltage or electric discharges, shocks, drops or abnormal
mechanical stress leading to major degradation of product housing or electronic components;
• the product has been exposed to water or other chemical substances (presence of corrosion, humidity);
• the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake or other external cause;
• the product has been stolen (or Louis Vuitton reasonably believes the product has been stolen based
upon information provided by law enforcement authorities);
