Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Spain
Under this limited two-year guarantee, Louis Vuitton undertakes to carry out any of the following actions, which
will be chosen by you, as a consequence of any problem with the functions defect arising during the normal use
of the Louis Vuitton Horizon speaker: (i) repair, free of charge, the speaker (ii) replace the speaker for a new device
which meets the same conditions than the one acquired; (iii) agree a reduction of the price of the speaker
and (iii) the reimbursement of the price as a result of the refund of the speaker.
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Sweden
This international limited guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under Swedish law,
which cannot be excluded, such as the rights provided under the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplag (1990:932))
and the Swedish Product Liability Act (Produktansvarslag (1992:18). As an example, the Consumer Sales Act
may allow you to file a product complaint within three years after receiving the goods.
