Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Singapore
This international limited guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under law, which may
not be excluded. Nothing in this international limited guarantee purports to limit, modify, take away from, disclaim,
exclude or suspend any mandatory guarantee requirements provided or non-excludable statutory rights you may have
under the laws of Singapore.
If your Louis Vuitton goods are defective and do not conform to contract at the time of delivery, you are entitled
to a replacement, refund or to have the goods repaired. Where the Louis Vuitton goods are found to be defective
within six months from the time of delivery, it is presumed that the goods failed to conform to contract at the time
of delivery and you may be entitled to a replacement, refund or to have the goods repaired.
