Removing the Side Racks for Cleaning.
The two side racks can be removed for cleaning:
• Remove the shelves.
• Pull each rack down and out to disengage the lugs from the carcass.
• Replace in reverse order ensuring the lugs are fully engaged in the carcass wall.
