SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Do not smoke near the battery. Wear protection gloves and glasses.
- Take out all metallic objects like jewels when you are operating
around the battery. Risks of short-circuit.
- Do not let the appliance fall down, nor put anything on top of it.

- Do not let the red and black clamps touch each other or contact
the same metallic piece, as it may lead to sparks, explosion and
cause damages.
- It is recommended to work near a person which could come to
help in case of problem.
- When you operate the appliance, wear protections, like safety
gloves and glasses for example.
- In wrong circumstances, some fluid can be ejected from the
battery. Battery fluid can cause irritations and/or burns. Avoid any
contact with it. In case of accidental contact, rinse with hot soapy
water. If fluid enters your eye, immediately rinse the eye with
plenty of fresh water and contact a doctor. If you have gulped
some, immediately contact a doctor. Do not make yourself throw
up.
- Do not put fingers or hands into openings or connectors of this
appliance.
- Do not let supply cord hang from a table edge, not touch any hot
surface.
- When you unplug the appliance, always pull on the plug itself,
never pull on the supply cord.
- If the supply cord or the clamps are damaged, do not use the
appliance.
- The supply cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged, the
appliance should be scrapped.
- Do not modify the supply cord nor the plug. If the cord and/or the
plug do not match your electrical installations, contact a qualified
technician.
- Do not operate the appliance near flammable materials, like
carpet, tapestry, paper, cardboard, etc.
- Do not place the appliance directly above the battery.
- WARNING! This booster is not meant to recharge a battery
whose charge level is too low. If the battery is critically worn-out,
it has to be replaced by a new one of the same type.
