ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
With the Right Side Panel laying on a
non-abrasive surface insert with a Phillips
Screw Driver 6 each Cam Screw (1) in the
positions shown on the drawing.
In the positions shown on the drawing
insert 2 each Cam Lock (2). When
inserting the cam lock make sure that the
arrow is facing toward the cam screw
entry.
Place the Lock Bar (22) into the slot
provided. Note that the two pins located
on the one end of the Lock Bar (22) are to
at the top of the Right Side Panel (B).
With the Lock Bar (22) in place, attach 2
each File Drawer Suspension - Case Slide
(21) to the Right Side Panel (B) in the
position shown. Secure in place with 3
each M4X10 Screw (16) per slide. NOTE
SCREW POSITION PER DRAWING.
Attach 2 each Adjustable Foot (19) into
the base of the Right Side Panel (B).
Insert 2 each Wood Dowel (5) in the other
end of the Right Side Panel (B). Tap
securely into position with a Rubber
Mallet or Hammer.
Step 2
In the Bottom Panel (D), Front Panel (E)
and Back Panel (C) insert 15 each Cam
Lock (2) in the position shown on the
drawing. Note that on the Back Panel (C),
some of the Cam Locks (2) are located on
the opposite side on of the panel.
On the Front Panel (E), insert 2 each
Wood Dowel (5) in the hole position
shown on the drawing.
