Step 3
Attach the Back Panel (C) to the Right
Side Panel (B) so that 3 each Cam Screws
(1) located on the Right Side Panel (B)
engage with the Cam Locks (2). With a
Phillips Screw Driver rotate the cam locks
1/2 turn clockwise until snug. DO NOT
OVERTIGHTEN.
Attach the Bottom Panel (D) to the Right
Side Panel (B) in the position shown on
the drawing. Ensure that the 2 each Cam
Screws (1) properly engage with the Cam
Locks (2). With a Phillips Screw Driver
rotate the cam locks 1/2 turn clockwise
until snug. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
Attach the Front Panel (E) to the Right
Side Panel (B) in the position shown on
the drawing. Ensure that the Wood Dowel
(5) securely seat into position and that the
Cam Screw (1) properly engage with the
Cam Lock (2). With a Phillips Screw
Driver rotate the cam lock 1/2 turn
clockwise until snug. DO NOT
OVERTIGHTEN.
Step 4
On the Left Side Panel (A) insert 6 each
Cam Screws (1) into the positions shown on
the drawing with a Phillips Screw Driver.
On the Left Side Panel (A) insert 2 each
Cam Locks (2) in the position shown on
the drawing. When inserting the cam lock,
make sure that the arrow is facing toward
the cam screw entry.
With a Phillips Screw Driver and 6 each
M4X10 Screw (16) install 2 each File
Drawer Suspension - Case Slide (21) to
the Left Side Panel (A) in the position
shown in the drawing. NOTE THE HOLE
LOCATION TO BE UTILIZED FOR
THE FIRST SCREW. In the Left Side
Panel (A) insert 2 each Adjustable Foot
(19) in the location shown on the drawing.
Insert by tapping lightly with a Rubber
Mallet or Hammer 2 each Wood Dowel
(5) into the top of the Left Side Panel (A)
as shown on the drawing.
