Fixed icons
The front panel has fixed icons to help you navigate.
Home-screen dynamic icons
These items are displayed only on the home screen.
The front panel's dashboard allows you to access the icons on the display, check the status of the printer, or
monitor and manage printer tasks.
To open the dashboard; touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the front panel's screen.

If the printer is left idle for some time, it goes into sleep mode and switches off the front-panel display.
To change the time that elapses before sleep mode, touch

View help about the current screen
Go back to the previous screen without discarding changes.

View printhead information.
View network status information, and configure the network (wireless or wired). When the
network cable is not connected the wireless network icon appears.
View information and configure configure HP ePrint to print from a remote computer or mobile
device and send an email to the printer.
