16. Earphone jack [SP MIC]:
● Use for connecting the earphone wire
● Revolve anti-clockwise access flap to open, revolve clockwise to close.
Note:
- Revolve access flap tightly while no earphone wire connected, to avoid water
leakage.

Know the meaning of the icons on LCD screen to ensure well operation.

● Transmit indicator. Appears while transmitting.
● "LOW" appears when low power is selected.
● "LOW" blinks when compulsorily switching to low power mode
because of high temperature or low voltage.
● "WX" appears when weather channel group selected.
● "WX ALT" appears when weather alarm function activated.
● "WX ALT" blinks when weather alarm tone received.
● Appears while working in ATIS channel.
● Appears when USA channel group is selected.
● Appears when International channel group is selected.
● Appears when Canadian channel group is selected.
● Appears when channel busy.
● Blinks while monitoring.
● Appears when a TAG channel is selected.
● Appears when the call channel is selected.
● Appears while the lock function is activated.
● Battery indicator.
