Fasten the BRACES (E) to the TOP (A). Tighten four

BLACK 1-3/16" HEX HEAD SCREWS (4) using the
L-WRENCH (3).
NOTE: The ENDS (B) will wrap around the TOP.

Completely tighten all of the SCREWS.
