4. Electrical connection of the pump
The pump (11) is equipped with a 4m connection
cable and colour-coded terminal clamps.
Black is negative (-) and red is positive (+).
The ON/OFF switch is on top of the junction box.
In the junction box is a blade fuse compliant with
DIN 72581/3C.
The correct DC supply voltage of 12 V DC or
24 V DC is marked on the type plates of both the
motor and the filling station. Permitted tolerance
is +/- 10% from the nominal value. Please read
the additional information on this in the M0213
operating instructions for the pump.

5. Using the equipment
for the first time
Unscrew the cap on the filling opening (1). Check
the interior of the container for contaminants and
clean it if required, e.g. with a vacuum cleaner.
The container must be filled using a delivery
nozzle with an automatic shut-off. After filling,
replace the cap on the filling opening.
Make sure that the pump is turned off.
Attach the terminal clamps to a suitable power
supply and switch on the pump.
Please note:
When assembling the components, even when
taking great care, contaminants can get into the
system. Due to the stringent purity requirements
involved, we therefore recommend that on initial
use, the first approx. 5 litres should not be put
into the vehicle, but should be collected in a
separate container.
The filling station is now ready for operation.
6. Operation
6.1 Transport
On top of the container are three integrated
recesses that serve as belt guides for securing
the Blue-Mobil Easy to the transport vehicle with
suitable tensioning belts (max. 30 mm wide).
The relevant regulations for securing loads must
be observed, in particular
• the Highway Code
• VDI (Association of German Engineers) guidelines
• CEN 12195 Parts 1 to 4
(calculation and lashing)
