Explanation of the buttons

FUNC/ZERO button
Used to zero the instrument for current measurement (ZERO on the display).
Also for toggling between different functions e.g. , continuity.
A short beep confirms that the button has been pressed.
MIN/MAX button
Press the MIN/MAX button once or multiple times to display the maximum or minimum measured
value.
LPF/HOLD button
Press the LPF/HOLD button to freeze the value currently displayed. Hold down the button to
switch to LPF (50/60 Hz) (Low Pass Filter) mode.
Measuring transformer clamp jaws
Record the current flowing through the conductor.
Open the clamp jaws, clip them to a conductor and close them correctly. Make sure that there are
no foreign bodies in the connection gap
