This pump has been evaluated for use with WATER only.

Always make sure the pump is turned off as soon as water is no longer being pumped.

DO NOT RUN DRY. Operating the pump without water will damage seals and cause pump failure,
voiding the warranty.

Keep the pump, base, and inlet screen free of debris and foreign objects.
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package
contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.

Requires 3 D-size alkaline batteries
– tested with Duracell® and Rayovac® brands (sold separately)

GENERAL INFORMATION

This submersible utility pump is designed for portable applications. It can drain or remove water from
the following: small fish tanks, sump pits, sinks, window wells, swimming pool covers, boats, or other
small, flooded areas.
The pump includes a clear hose that is permanently attached. The end of this hose has a garden hose
adapter that can be connected to standard garden hose.

BATTERY INSTALLATION

1. Remove the top cover from the pump by turning
the handle counter-clockwise.
