4. Once the pump is no longer pumping water,
turn it off by pressing the power switch. Remove
the pump and hose when finished pumping
and flush the pump thoroughly with fresh, clean
water.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

WARNING: Turn pump off before performing any maintenance.
1. Periodically inspect the pump to be sure the inlet is free of debris.
1. To clean debris from the pump:
a. Turn the pump upside down. Using a Phillips
screwdriver, unscrew the two filter screen
screws and remove the filter screen.
b. Clean out any debris.
c. If there is debris inside the pump, unscrew
the impeller chamber cap screws to access
the impeller and remove debris.
d. Replace impeller chamber cap, impeller
chamber cap screws, filter screen and filter
screen screws.
