INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Before using the tool, read the
instruction book carefully.

INTENDED USE

The machine is intended for dry sanding of wood,
plastic, filler and coated surfaces.
The tool is to be used only for its prescribed
purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a case of
misuse.
ASSEMBLY
1. FITTING THE SANDING PAPER (SEE FIG.
A1, A2)
Fit the sanding paper over the pad so that it
covers the entire area. Make sure the sanding
paper is even with the edges of the sanding
plate, that the dust collection holes in the pad and
sanding paper is aligned, and the sanding paper
evenly overlaps the sanding plate.
WARNING: Never use your sander
without sanding paper applied to the
sanding plate.

2. ATTACHING THE DUST BOX (SEE FIG. B)
Your sander is equipped with a dust box. To
attach, insert the dust box into the outlet port fully
until the dust box is securely in place.
WARNING: To prevent the possibility
of sanding dust or foreign body being
thrown into your face or eyes, never attempt to

use your sander without the dust box properly
installed.

3. REMOVING AND EMPTYING THE DUST BOX
(SEE FIG. C1, C2)
Pull out the dust box from the outlet port of the
sander. For more efficient operation, empty the
dust box every 5-10mins of operation. This will
permit the air to flow through the box better.
Shake out the dust. It is recommended to clean
the filter regularly for better performance.

4. SDS FINGER PAD (SEE FIG. D1, D2, D3)
1) To access the finger pad, raise the lock button
upwards towards the top of the sander.
2) Pull the SDS finger pad out.
2) To re-secure the finger pad in position, push the
lock button down.
