18. Open the door carefully if the appliance is operating.
There is a risk of water squirting out. Do not place any
heavy objects on or stand on the door when it is open.
The appliance could tip forward.
19. Do not leave the door in the open position since this
could present a tripping hazard.
20. When loading items to be washed: Locate sharp items
so that they are not likely to damage the door seal.
21. Warning: Knives and other utensils with sharp points
must be loaded in the basket with their points facing
down or placed in a horizontal position.
22. Some dishwasher detergents are strongly alkaline.
They can be extremely dangerous if swallowed.
23. Avoid contact with the skin and eyes and keep children
away from the appliance when the door is open.
24. Check that the detergent powder is empty after
completion of the wash cycle.
25. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
26. During installation, the power supply must not be
excessively or dangerously bent or flattened.
27. The appliance needs to be connected to the main
water valve using new hose-sets and that old-sets should
not be reused.
28. The dishwasher requires the following cavity size
for installation under a countertop: a height of 820 mm,
a depth of 580 mm, and a width of 600 mm for 60 cm
models.
29. The following space between the dishwasher and the
cavity walls is required: between the top of the dishwasher
and the bottom of the countertop 5 mm, between the
side walls of the dishwasher and the cavity walls 1 mm,
between the back of the dishwasher and cavity wall
