TROUBLESHOOTING

CAUTION!
Before you attempt to remedy any malfunction of your domestic water system, pull the plug!
Malfunction LED Displays
Pump does not LED "Power" not ligh-

Cause
Mains voltage not available.
Fault in the electronics.
Pressure hose is blocked.
Pumping height more than
15 m.
Water lacking on the suc-
tion side.
Impeller blocked.
Thermal switch has swit-
ched off.
Fault in the electronics.
Suction hose is blocked.
Pressure line is blocked.
Suction hose is blocked.
Suction height is too great.
Hose diameter too small.
Pumping height too great
Leakage in the pressure
hoses.
Non-return valve not tight.
Lack of water.
Water shortage inlet side.
Pump sucks in air.
Troubleshooting
Remedy
Check power supply, if ne-
cessary consult electrician.
Inform customer service.
Check pressure hose.
Lower pumping height.
Check suction side connec-
tions and water level.
Clean the pump.
Press "RESET" (28) button.
Inform customer service.
DANGER! Risk of injury
due to hot water!
Clear blockage in suction
hose.
DANGER! Risk of injury
due to hot water!
Clear blockage in pressure
line.
Clean the suction area
Clean the filter (HWA 1300
F)
Lower suction height.
Use a larger pressure hose.
Lower pumping height.
Check pressure hoses.
Clean the non-return valve.
Inform customer service.
Fill pump and suction hose
and perform initial opera-
tion.
Unplug the pump, allow to
cool down if necessary.
