PREPARATION FOR USE
INSTALLATION / REMOVAL OF COLLECTION BAG
• Hook the collection bag handle (11) on the protruding tab in the
motor housing and press until an audible click of the release button
(10) (Fig. A) will be heard.
• To detach the collection bag, press the release button (10) on the
collection bag handle (11) (Fig. B).
Do not begin working until installation of the collection bag is
complete.
POWER CORD PROTECTION
Before starting work, clamp the extension cord in the power cord holder
• Pull out the power cord holder (9) from the housing.
• Reposition the extension cord and clamp it in the power cord holder
(9) (Fig. C)
• Connect the vacuum cleaner power cord to the extension cord.
ADJUSTING THE LENGTH OF SUCTION TUBE
The length of the suction tube can be adjusted depending on the needs
and height of the user.
• Press the suction pipe lock button (2) and extend / retract the front
suction tube (1) to a suitable length (Fig. D)
INSTALLATION AND ADJUSTMENT OF THE SHOULDER STRAP
Turn off the motor during installation and adjustment of the
shoulder strap.
Proper adjustment of the shoulder strap makes the work much easier.
• Attach the shoulder strap hook (15) to the shoulder strap eye (5) (Fig.
E).
• Use the shoulder strap buckle (16) to adjust the length of the shoulder
strap (17) so that the front suction tube can be moved just above the
ground (Fig. F).
• The movement of the suction tube over the ground is additionally
facilitated by the roller wheels (14) at the end of the front suction
tube (1).
OPERATION / SETTINGS
SWITCHING ON / OFF
The mains voltage must correspond to the value specified on the
device nameplate.
Switch ON - press the switch button (7) and hold it down (Fig. G).
Switch OFF - release the switch button (7).
During start-up and operation, always keep the garden vacuum
cleaner firmly with both hands, using the handle.
SPEED CONTROL KNOB
The garden vacuum cleaner enables work with different power of
blowing / suction. The adjustment is possible using the speed control
knob (6) in the range of 1 - 6 and "MAX" position, as shown around the
knob circumference.
• To set the appropriate blowing / suction power, turn the speed control
knob (6) in the correct position (Fig. H).
The proper blowing / suction power can be selected during operation
without having to switch the device off.
Do not use an excessive blowing / suction power, unless necessary.
OPERATING MODE SELECTION
The operating mode lever (12) allows you to select the appropriate
mode: blowing or sucking.

You can change the operating mode both during operation and after
the device is turned off.
BLOWING
• Set the operating mode lever (12) in the correct position in accordance
with the graphics provided on the housing (Fig. I)
• While holding the front suction tube at a height of about 18 cm above
the ground, switch on the vacuum cleaner.
• Direct the air stream forward and moving up slowly, blow the leaves
and rubbish in front of you.
• When the leaves / debris form a pile, switch the vacuum cleaner to the
suction mode and collect it.
Empty the collection bag before you start blowing. Otherwise, the
leaves previously sucked-in may be blown out.
SUCKING
• Install the collection bag.
• Use the mode lever (12) to select the suction option (Fig. I).
• Hold the suction tube just above the leaves / debris.
• Switch on the vacuum cleaner and doing the oscillating movements
to the left and right, suck the waste into the suction tube, where it will
be shredded and sent into the collection bag.
EMPTYING THE COLLECTION BAG
If the filling level of the collection bag is high, the suction power will
be significantly decreased.
• Switch off the device and unplug the power cord from the mains
socket.
• Press the release button (10) and pull out the collection bag (13) by
the collection bag handle (11).
• Flip the collection bag (13) upside down and shake out the trash /
leaves.
It is not necessary to detach the filled-up collection bag to empty it.
• Open the zipper on the collection bag (13) and remove the waste.
• Close the zipper on the collection bag (13).
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the power cord from mains socket before commencing any
activities related to installation, adjustment, repair or maintenance.
CLEANING
• It is recommended that you clean the device after each use.
• The motor housing should be always kept free from dust and debris,
as far as possible.
• Wipe the device with a clean cloth or blow it with low pressure
compressed air.
• Do not use water or chemical detergents for cleaning.
• Be careful to prevent water from getting inside the device.
• After finishing your work, remove the collection bag, shake it and
clean thoroughly to prevent mold and odors.
• If very dirty, empty the collection bag, wash it in warm soapy water
and dry thoroughly.
• If the zipper is difficult to open, lubricate the zipper teeth with soap.
• If dirty, clean the suction tube with a brush.
• Heavy soiling may cause problems with the mode lever operation. If
this is the case, move the lever a few times.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
• Make sure the screws are properly tightened to be able to work safely.
• Check the collection bag for wear and deformation.
• Use only original accessories and original spare parts.
• If the device is not used, it should be stored in a dry place, away from
children.
• In case of excessive sparking at commutator, have the condition of
motor brushes checked by skilled personnel.
• If the power cord is damaged, replace it with another one which
has the same characteristics. Entrust this operation to a qualified
technician or a repair shop.
All faults should be repaired by service workshop authorized by the
manufacturer.
