Useful Advice
•
In order to avoid jams, and prevent the pouch wrapping around the rollers, always insert the laminating pou-
ches into the machine with the sealed edge first.
•
Insert the pouch film in the middle of the feed slot.
•
Use the laminator in a dry place free from explosive or flammable materials.
•
Never put any objects on top of the machine.
•
If the pouch appears cloudy after lamination, then the temperature of the laminator is too low. Slightly incre-
ase the temperature and feed the pouch through the machine again, repeating until the pouch comes out
clear.
•
If the pouch appears warped or wavy after laminating, then the temperature of the laminator has been set
too high. Reduce the temperature and leave the machine to cool. Repeat until the pouch is flat and clear, with
no cloudiness.
•
If the machine becomes jammed, press the "Reverse" button to reverse the direction of the rollers. Once the
machine is cold, please remove the top cover and remove the jam.

Care and Maintenance
•
In order to clean the rollers, switch on the machine and let it heat up. Fold a sheet of letter-sized paper in half
and insert it into the laminator with the folded edge first. Repeat until all of the glue residue has been remo-
ved.
•
To clean the exterior of the laminator, start by switching it off and unplugging it. Once the machine has
cooled down, use a soft cloth to remove dust and residue.
•
If necessary clean the rollers (after unplugging and cooling down) with soft cloth in alcohol, do not use petrol
or other diluting agents, do not use a metal tool so as not to scratch the rollers.
