Set the speed control to 0 and connect the appliance to a power outlet. Turn the control
to the desired speed for a few seconds.
The guide below provides suggestions in terms of speed and quantity.

NOTE:
Do not use liquids and the temperature of hot ingredients must not be higher than
approximately 70°C when put in the bowl. Hard ingredients (for example nutmeg,
coffee beans or ice cubes) must not be ground in the appliance because they could
damage the cutter.
DISASSEMBLY
1. Switch off and unplug your appliance.
2. Remove the entire accessory from the locking mechanism by turning it in a clockwise
direction and lifting it.
3. Unlock the lid (Fig 5.f) and remove the cutter P2 by the plastic part.
4. Unlock the adapter P4 from the bowl by holding it by the base and turning the bowl
in a clockwise direction (Fig 5.g).

CLEANING AND CARE

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
• Completely disassemble the accessory before cleaning it.
• The bowl, lid and cutter can be put in the dishwasher; use a cleaning cycle no higher
than 50°C.
• Never submerge the adapter P4 in water. Wipe it with a damp cloth.
• Do not use abrasive detergents as these may damage the accessory.
• CAUTION: The cutter is extremely sharp. It is therefore essential that you handle it
with care to avoid injury.
• DO NOT PUT THE ADAPTER (P4) IN THE DISH WASHER (Fig 5.i).
