1. Install the Supplies
- Determine the desired location for the faucet. You can install the
valve to the right or left of the spout, as desired.
NOTE You can install this spout and valve from 4" (10.2cm) to 8"
:
(20.3cm) between center-to-center.
- Install the water supplies and drain line according to the illustration.
Note that the water supply lines must be offset to the right or left as
shown to avoid interference with the pulley cover.
- Flush the water supplies and stops.
2. Install the Valve
- Install the rubber gasket to the underside of the valve. Fit the valve
through the desired sink hole. Position the valve so the handle faces
forward.
- Thread two screws into the threaded ring until they barely protrude
from the top of the threaded ring.
- Fit the fiber washer and metal washer on the valve shank, and install
the threaded ring to the valve shank until the threaded ring is just
touching the sink.
- Turn the threaded ring as needed so the screws are to the front and
back of the valve.
- Securely tighten the screws.
