NOTE:
The handlebar riser can only be used with the PHDS handlebar support.
Assembly of the handlebar riser is permissible on the SX and on the SXS triple clamp.
Assembly
- Place the handlebar riser (1) on the bracket (2) of the steering damper.
- Mount the handlebar riser at position (3) using the socket head cap screws M10x50 (40Nm + Loctite 243).
- The handlebar riser can also be turned by 180°. This makes it possible to install the PHDS handlebar support at the rear drill hole position.
- Mount the basic frame (4) of the PHDS handlebar support using socket head cap screws M10x60 (40Nm + Loctite)
- Mount the PHDS handlebar support as described in the installation manual (included with the PHDS handlebar support).
The PHDS handlebar support is only permitted to be mounted on the handlebar riser if the 9mm riser included in the PHDS hand-
lebar support delivery is NOT used.
