To clean the exterior surfaces, simply wipe over with a soft damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
To remove scale from the inner walls of the kettle you can use a soft brush.

Never use abrasive products.

On no account must the jug kettle or its power base be immersed in water.
FILTER

Your appliance is provided with a filter. When you want to boil water, settle the filter first.

When the lid is open, you can remove the particle filter by pulling it and clean it under
running water.

The filter should be rinsed clean regularly.
DESCALING
When scale becomes visible in the jug, you have to descale it. To remove scale from the jug
kettle, use products made especially available for this purpose. Make sure to use a type
recommended for plastic kettles.
When descaling, please pay attention to the following points:
 First pour some water in the appliance, and add the descaling product afterwards.
 Make sure to dilute the product sufficiently. Please follow the instruction manual of the
descaling product.
 When using vinegar, do not use more than 2-3 ml.
 Caution, the mixture might froth during heating.
 After descaling, rinse the appliance twice with fresh water.

waste recovery by means of reuse, recycling or use for other applications in accordance with
the directive.
Copies of the I/B. Please reproduce them without any
changes except under special instruction from Team
International BELGIUM. The pages must be reproduced
and folded in order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm
width x 210 mm height). When folding, make sure you
keep the good numbering when you turn the pages of
the I/B. Don't change the page numbering. Keep the
language integrity.
