Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any
other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired
or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a
major failure.
This warranty does not change or take away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your right to claim under this policy for the benefi ts covered is in addition to other rights and
remedies you have under the law in relation to the product.
The product must be used strictly in compliance with the manufacturer's instructions. This
Warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and is automatically void if
your Milestone/VuePoint product is modifi ed in any way, improperly installed, taxed beyond
its stated weight capacity or otherwise misused or abused. All Milestone/VuePoint products
are intended for indoor use only and any outdoor use voids this Limited Warranty. The Limited
Warranty for wall and ceiling mounts is void if the mount is moved from its initial installation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Milestone AV Technologies Australia
