Emitter Registration and Wifi Network Linking Process

To be able to control the COSMOS emitter from our mobile devices and take advantage of all the
benefits it offers, you need to complete these two processes:
1 - Registering the emitter COSMOS in the COINTRA ELECTRIC Application
2 - Linking the emitter to the Wifi Network
Note: For the first COSMOS emitter acquired, the process must always follow this strict order.
However, for additional COSMOS emitters that are acquired and want to be controlled from the
same user account, both processes can be carried out in any order.

5.3.1.1 Registering the emitter in the Application

Once the COINTRA ELECTRIC Application is installed, we must first register as a new user, with
our data and those of the COSMOS emitter acquired by clicking on CREATE NEW ACCOUNT.
The information that must be filled in is the following:
User details:
• Email, this will be the user that will identify you in the Appli-
cation.
• Password, for login security (composed of at least 8 charac-
ters).
COSMOS Emitter details:
• Emitter code, identifies the particular device. It is found
through the following screens:
• Emitter name, to easily name and identify the emitter in the
Application.
• Installation name, to name the location where the COSMOS emitter or emitters will be in-
stalled. Each installation, and therefore all its emitters, will have a specific Time zone, as well
as a defined Rate configuration, for the functions of the Application.
Example: "FAMILY HOUSE"
After clicking on REGISTER, the new user account will have been created and a message will be
sent to the indicated email with an Activation Code that the Application will request.
When accessing LOGIN with the data of the new account created, the Activation Form will appear.
You must check the email, enter the Activation Code sent to it and click on COMPLETE REGIS-
TRATION.
After completing this step, it will ask us if we want to proceed at that time to Link the emitter with
the Wifi network with which we want it to work.
