5. Place insert upright into carton (panel "A" first), so
that corner flaps line up with two corners of the
carton. Corner flaps of insert should be flat against
the bottom of carton. (See Figure 4)
6. Place inner container into the sorbent pouch. Then,
place filled sorbent pouch into the included 3 mil
poly bag.
7. Twist poly bag and seal with included 5.5" 40#
cable tie.
8. Place sealed poly bag into the corrugated insert in
an upright position. (See Figure 5a)
NOTE: Secure containers by pressing in the
push-in tabs on the corrugated insert, as
appropriate. (See Figure 5b)
9. To close the insert, bend back flaps on panel "B"
and fold so that the tab locks into the slot. Corner
flaps of insert should be flat against the top of
carton. (See Figure 6)
10. Fold flaps on top of carton so that they meet. "THIS
SIDE UP" must be visible on the outside of the carton.
11. Seal top of carton with three parallel strips of 2"
wide (2.6 mil) polypropylene tape (Uline Model #
S-14564). The tape must overlap 0.5" side to side
and extend 3" over each end of the carton.
