Preparing the vacuum zip lock
Prepare food including seasoning, then introduce it into the zip lock (Fig 2).
zip lock is totally closed.
Apply the vacuum pump on the area indicated on the zip lock (Fig 4). Totally remove air from inside the zip
lock by using the pump.
Food vacuum zip locks are commercially available and reusable.
If the zip lock contains liquids, remove the most air possible from the zip lock, then just seal it. Imme-
diately start cooking.
Preparing the cooking pot
Fill the cooking pot with water.

Place the appliance on the cooking pot wall with its metal guard covered by water. Attach the locking clip (B)

Insert the plug into a power outlet. The appliance beeps. The operation indicator (

Heating water and cooking food
display will show current water temperature. At the beginning of the heating process, it will show room tem-
perature. As water starts heating, the temperature shown on the display gradually increases until reaching
the set value.
As soon as water reaches the set temperature, the timer begins.
