INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing the GUZZINI-HAUSBRANDT espresso coffee machine.
This machine is designed to be used exclusively with Hausbrandt capsules
UPON DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
Upon delivery, the machine is packed in the special customised box.
The packaging contains:
1 full machine and power cable – 1 instruction manual – 1 warranty certificate.
Make sure there is nothing missing and that the packaging and machine are not damaged.
Should there be any missing or damaged components, immediately contact your retailer before
going ahead with installation.
Keep the original packaging, you might need to use it for transport purposes in the event of
technical support.

GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS

• Carefully read this instruction manual before installing and using the machine and keep it for
future reference together with the warranty certificate.
• This machine is designed to be used for DOMESTIC purposes or SIMILAR:
• Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices or other working environments;
• Environments intended for customers in hotels, motels, etc. or other residential structures.
• always pay attention that you do not burn yourself due to incorrect use. Never touch hot parts!
• Do not, under any circumstances, leave packaging parts (boxes, pressed cardboard, polystyrene,
bags, etc.) within the reach of children as they are potential hazards. Do not discard of the
packaging in the environment. Dispose of it in accordance with applicable current regulations.
• This appliance must only be employed for the use intended in this instruction manual, i.e.
to supply coffee or other food and drinks available in the Hausbrandt selection of products in
capsules.
The machine has been designed for domestic use or similar and must not be used for
continued professional use. Any other use must be considered as improper use. Fratelli
Guzzini Spa declines any responsibility for possible damage caused by incorrect or unreasonable
use of the appliance.
• Before connecting the appliance, make sure the data on the nameplate (see the plate located
on the bottom of the machine) matches the values of the mains. Installation must be carried out
in accordance with regulations in force in the country where the machine is installed by following
the manufacturer's instructions. It must be installed by qualified personnel or personnel familiar
with this instruction manual.
• To ensure this appliance is safe from an electrical point of view, it must be earthed. Fratelli
Guzzini Spa declines any responsibility for damage cause by failure to earth the system.
• Should you have any doubts, contact an electrician with a suitable technical certification who
will make sure that the system's electrical capacity is suited to the maximum power of the
appliance reported on the nameplate. Also make sure the cross-section of the system's cables is
suitable for the power absorbed by the appliance.
• Never touch the appliance with wet hands or feet.
