Before pouring the mixture into the pots, stir it
well to make the mixture smoother and more
fluid.
Quick, fun to make recipes:
(for 4 pots: make two pots and then
make another two pots in the same
way):
Fruit juice sorbet
(using freshly pressed juice or a bottle of juice
according to your choice):
1. Put the bottle of juice or pressed juice in the
refrigerator for at least 12 hours before you
make the sorbet.
2. Start up your ice cream maker with the
empty pots.
3. Slowly pour in the juice up to the maximum
level shown on the spoon.
4. Let it run for 5 -10 min, then press the On/Off
button to stop it.Your sorbet will be ready.
Fruit soda sorbet
1. Put the flavoured fizzy drink of your choice in
the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before
you make the sorbet.
2. Start up your ice cream freezer with empty
pots.
3. Slowly pour in the soda up to the maximum
level shown on the spoon.
4. Let it run for 5 -10 min, then press the On/Off
button to stop it.Your sorbet will be ready.

Sorbet with syrup (mint, grenadine, peach,
etc.):
1. Put the preparation (syrup + bottled mineral
water) in the refrigerator 12 hours before you
make the sorbet.
2. Start up your ice cream freezer with empty
pots.
3. Slowly pour in the preparation up to the
maximum level shown on the spoon.
4. Let it run for 5 -10 min, then press the On/Off
button to stop it.Your sorbet will be ready.
Drinking yoghurt ice cream
(strawberry, peach, berries, etc.)
1. Put the drinking yoghurt in the refrigerator
12 hours before you make the ice cream.
2. Start up your ice cream maker with empty
pots.
3. Slowly pour in the liquid yoghurt up to the
maximum level shown on the spoon.
4. Let it run for 5 -10 min, then press the On/Off
button to stop it. Your sorbet will be ready.
Flavoured milk ice cream
(chocolate, coffee, etc.)
1. Put the flavoured milk drink in the
refrigerator 12 hours before you make the
ice cream.
2. Start up your ice cream maker with empty
pots.
3. Slowly pour in the drink up to the maximum
level shown on the spoon.
4. Let it run for 5 -10 min, then press the On/Off
button to stop it. Your sorbet will be ready.
