5 seconds, and the handset can be used with an
electric microphone (the microphone uses DC
voltage from the headset). You will hear a short

2.5 ADAPTATION FOR USE WITH A DYNAMIC
MICROPHONE:
Press VOL- and VOX- at the same time for at least
5 seconds and the handset reverts to dynamic
microphone mode. You will hear a short tone in
the headset.
