ASSEMBLE STRAP SYSTEM:
ATTACH THE PLAIN
STRAPS TO THE FRAME.
Position the straps
inward.
ASSEMBLE SKEWERS AND PODS:
ATTACH TUBE
SLEEVES TO BAR.
Position the
pods to allow
for handlebar
clearance.
Assemble the two halves of
each pod onto the tube
sleeves.
(Single screw hole
indicates FRONT.)
Insert stabilizing
wedge to straps
with buckles.
Slip the strap edges under the
tabs in the wedge.
Use the supplied
hex wrench to
Attach the
tighten the screws.
pod covers.
Pod covers must be
in place at all times
for safe operation of
Insert strap end into center
hole from below buckle.
Insert the skewer
while applying
pressure to the
pod cover.
Attach the
skewer nut.
Leave plenty
of skewer showing.
