Arm Assembly Packages

To remove Trigger, insert large screwdriver between the bracket and
the Trigger. Strike downward on the screwdriver shaft with a rubber
mallet.

To reattach Trigger, slide Trigger onto the lever and press down until
it snaps into place.
3.
To remove arm cap, turn arm or Chair upside down, remove screws
marked A, front and rear of arm cap.
4.
To attach arm cap, place arm cap onto the bracket, the radius of the
arm goes towards the seat side of the chair. Install both screws.
Tighten but do not strip.

To replace end plug marked C, remove old plug by pulling or prying, being
careful not to scratch the paint on the arm tube. Lightly tap new plug into
place until fully seated.
NOTE: Watch for left and right handed parts.

To remove width assembly (width adjustable only), remove trigger as in
step 1. Remove arm cap as in step 3. Remove screw marked B, tilt width
assembly and remove.
7.
To reattach width assembly (width adjustable only), check that you are
replacing the properly handed part. Tilt part and insert tab of width assembly
into slot on rear of arm. Replace screw marked B, torque to 80-120 in-lbs.
Replace trigger as in step 2. Replace arm cap as in step 4.
