T-Connector Wiring Kit
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read instructions thoroughly before beginning.
2. Open the left (driver's) side door and locate the gray
10 pin female connector that is located under the dash
above steering column near the kick panel The connector
will be similar to and mates with the T-Connector and will
be wrapped with blue tape. Plug the T-Connector into the
10 pin female factory tow harness connector until they
lock into place taking care not to damage the locking tabs.
Attach the white wire containing the ground ring to the
factory ground. (You will see a cluster of ground rings
carefully remove the ground bolt and place ground ring
with cluster and tighten).
Caution: Make sure to avoid areas that could cut,
pinch or burn the wires when routing the harness
across the vehicle.
3. Open the rear door and remove the rear storage
compartment cover. Locate the gray 4 pin female connector
located in the spare tire storage area with blue tape wrapped
to it. Remove the blue tape and protective cap by pushing
down on the locking tab of the cap located in the rear of the
cap. Now plug the 4 pin male from the T-Connector into
4-pin female factory tow harness connector until they lock
into place. Take care not to damage the locking tabs.
