INSTRUCTIONS FOR
FITTING THE BLADES
AND GRILLES
1. Loosen the fastening nut (or
take it out of the bag of parts if
constructing for the first time) and
plastic washer by turning it
clockwise. Move the rear grille
through the motor shaft and affix
it with the plastic washer (Fig. 7).
2. Remove the PVC sleeve from
the motor shaft. Insert the blades
into the motor shaft, ensuring
that the rotor shaft pin is aligned
with the blade slot. Turn the
fastening nut anti-clockwise to fit
the blades (Fig. 8).
3. Fasten the front and rear grilles
using metal clips and the nut and
bolt provided.
