2.2 Mounting
Standard VDE 0100 : Flue dampers can only be fitted in dry premises.
Installation can be done horizontally or vertically at any position in the
chimney flue. The damper should be fitted with the shaft horizontal.
The chimney flue is insulated: The insulating material on the
servomotor must be cut appropriately in order to enable the circulation
of air to cool the motor.
The flue damper MOK has an attachable box with a male end and a
female end. Orientation in relation to the flue gas evacuation direction:
- Male: Upstream end
- Female: Downstream end.

2.2 Montage

Norm VDE 0100 : De afsluitkleppen mogen alleen in een droge ruimte
geïnstalleerd worden. De installatie kan horizontaal of verticaal zijn,
op iedere willekeurige plek op de schoorsteenleiding. De klep moet
met een horizontale as geïnstalleerd worden.
De leiding van de schoorsteen is geïsoleerd: De isolatie op de plek
van de servomotor moet onderbroken worden, zodat er lucht voor het
afkoelen van de motor kan circuleren.
De afsluitklep MOK heeft een opzetstuk met een holle en uitstekende
zijde. Richten ten opzichte van de richting van de rookafvoer:
- Mannelijk: Stroomopwaarts
- Vrouwelijk: Stroomafwaarts.
