Place the extender ring (12) onto the
removable pan (8).
Place the low rack (10) into the removable
pan (8).
Place the dual rack (11) over the low rack
(10) into the removable pan (8).
Close the lid (6).
Stir-fry oven (fig. D)
Before you proceed, we need you to pay
attention to the following notes:
­
Do not use the appliance as a stir­fry oven
with the extender ring (12) placed on the
removable pan (8).
Open the lid (6).
Place the extender ring (12) into the
appliance.
Place the removable pan (8) into the
appliance.
Place the stirring paddle (9) into the
removable pan (8).
Close the lid (6).

Setting the temperature (fig. A)
The temperature can be set between 95 °C
and 220 °C.
Turn the temperature control knob (5)
clockwise to increase the temperature.
Turn the temperature control knob (5)
counterclockwise to decrease the
temperature.
Setting the time (fig. A)
The time can be set between 0 and 60 minutes.
Turn the time control knob (3) clockwise to
increase the time.
Turn the time control knob (3)
counterclockwise to decrease the time.

Hints for use

Pre-heating
Note: If you pre­heat the appliance, make sure
that there is no food in the removable pan.
Place the appliance on a stable and flat
surface.
Open the lid (6).
Place the removable pan (8) into the
appliance.
Close the lid (6).
Insert the mains plug into the wall socket.
The power indicator (2) comes on.
Turn the temperature control knob (5) to
the maximum temperature (220 °C).
Turn the time control knob (3) to 3
minutes. The heating indicator (4) comes
on. The appliance starts heating.
While the appliance is switched on, the
heating indicator (4) will illuminate and
extinguish as the thermostat switches the
heating elements on and off to maintain
the required temperature.
If necessary, turn the time control knob (3)
to increase the time.
If the process is completed, the timer will
ring to remind you that the cooking cycle is
finished. The appliance stops heating. The
heating indicator (4) goes off.
Defrosting food
Note: The time required for defrosting food
depends on the type of food, the weight of
the food and the shape of the food.
Place the appliance on a stable and flat
surface.
Open the lid (6).
Place the removable pan (8) into the
appliance.
Put the food directly onto the racks
(10/11) in the removable pan (8).
Close the lid (6).
Insert the mains plug into the wall socket.
The power indicator (2) comes on.
Turn the temperature control knob (5) to
the "THAW" position.
Turn the time control knob (3) to 5­10
minutes. The heating indicator (4) comes
on. The appliance starts heating.
While the appliance is switched on, the
heating indicator (4) will illuminate and
extinguish as the thermostat switches the
heating elements on and off to maintain
the required temperature.
If necessary, turn the time control knob (3)
to increase the time.
If the process is completed, the timer will
ring to remind you that the cooking cycle is
finished. The appliance stops heating. The
heating indicator (4) goes off.
